Perfect little flow for mornings to get the kinks out, create space with an added bonus of a little core work. I really love this little gem!

Thank you for this sweet simple practice! This is one of three practices we do when we don't have a lot of time in the morning and it always leaves us with a smile to start the work day!

@kriyawoman Hi there! I'm sorry that you've encountered any inconvenience. Because it is difficult to anticipate everyone's bodies who come to our site. Keep looking through our site until you find something that suits you! I myself admire Cameron Gilley, Sarah Harrison, and Kreg Weiss' classes, as they are accessible for most people. Best of luck. It was all good until plow. Plow is not for beginners. I made a mistake taking a long yoga break due to bad depression setting in, and a pre-existing injury resurfaced with s1-L4 disc bulging, not to mention I have weight I have to lose. For my situation, plow was not a happy pose, nor is it ever a beginner pose. At least not w/o having a couple other assistants in back to show variations. I am becoming disappointed with myyogaonline with how they choose what class is what level. Just because a class is short, does not mean it is a class for beginners. You should at least list on the description all highest level poses, esp when you indicate a class is beginner or moderate. Thank you.

Whoa! Since when is plow a beginner move?? And without any instruction about how to do it properly? Or alternatives to do until you're ready? I was really loving this video until that point. Good thing I know enough about yoga and about my body to know I shouldn't do it (cervical spine issues). You can really injure your neck with that one, so be careful.

Great way for me to get back into yoga after breaking my thumb, as my cast prevents me from doing many poses. Thanks

Relaxing but challenging enough for first thing in the morning. Thank you

That was wonderful! Exactly the right pace for me. Each pose was new to me, but comfortable and easy instruction. Thank you.

Nice and slow between poses, the first beginners routine I've done that i didn't get behind between poses. Excellent calming and stretching routine at my beginners pace :) thank you!

i loved it ..perfect for me .. first yoga i've ever done and i love it!

pantherose, posted on April 1, 2012

Not really beginner. You are required to be quite flexible at the start for this.

do this help u loss weight?

fifenashia, posted on March 5, 2012

This was my first time in years, trying to ease back into it. I had difficulty with one or two of the poses overall but she went slow enough that I was comfortable easing into corpse pose while I waited for her to finish the difficult ones. I am looking forward to practicing more videos with her in particular!

Nice and relaxing; a great practice for PMS and stress relief .

jaxyogini, posted on January 5, 2012

I'm restarting my morning yoga practice after giving birth six weeks ago. I found this class a good one to ease back into yoga (and at a time length that fits in with current lifestyle). Some postures were easy, others I was way too stiff for.

sammiemc, posted on November 7, 2011

Starting my yoga practice again after a break after illness. Thought this would be a good one to start with. Will report on progress!

This class is VERY beginner. Would be good before bed. Very slow, calm pace.

Thanks Marla, this class was so amazing! My husband, who can sometimes be hesitant with Yoga, also enjoys your classes; he says they are very relaxing for him and easy for him to comprehend. :)

Really relaxing and flowing, thanks! Hope I can throw my legs over my head soon too!

Lovely relaxing postures, and I liked the 'head over legs' part! Really enjoyed it, nice short class for when you don't have much time.

I\'ve only just seen this class, & chose as looking for a quick relax in after work & before dinner.... really nice and relaxing, does the job nicely :)
ps keep at the legs over heads girls... doesnt take long before you\'ll be swinging them over yer head like you were a 6 yr old doing handstands again ;)

lydia_2, posted on November 16, 2009

I love this class. Every time I come I feel so good, after. Peace and regenerated. Thank you.

CarolD_2, posted on May 30, 2009

very nice, although i didn\'t throw my legs over my head either..haha.. can fit it in early in the morning.

diadem, posted on April 3, 2009

really enjoyed, eventhough I could not get my legs over body, will work at it

Sach, posted on March 1, 2009

Haha - I had some serious trouble with that \"throwing your legs over your head\" position too :) However, I did enjoy this - it\'s short enough to squeeze it in and Marla walks you through all the poses very well.

Janine_2, posted on February 19, 2009

Great morning yoga except for the position where you launch the legs over your head. There is no good introduction to that position and if you, like me, cannot do it fully there are no suggested adjustments.
