I have been doing yoga for 15 years. This video and all the others from Meghan Currie are the best I have ever done. My body feels both strong and heavenly at the end of each session! Thank You, Meghan for your amazing flows!

Excellent! Fluid, steady, and a perfect mix of challenge and ease. Don't think I've ever done so many forward folds in one practice - my hamstrings feel great. Thank you, Meghan!

Meghan this is by far my fav practice of yours - your attention to detail at every stage is so very welcome. I know I will apply much of your advice to the rest of my practice. Thank you xxx

Hi, Maureen,

It's fun to see that I'm not the only one who comes back to Meghan's practice. I see that you left your note just 10 days ago. I love the fluidity of her work.

I ADORE the slow practices that create a gradual burn. My absolute favorite. This is the best I've found so far. Allowed me to test my limits in an easeful way. It would be GREAT if there was a guide that was just slow burns...'hint hint'. ;)

Yogis - Meghan Currie rocks! Even though this is a slow moving practice, it is truly powerful and strengthening. Loved it!

There were at least 3 or 4 moments during this class where I said to myself "I HATE THIS, I WANT TO STOP"... and this was exactly the kind of practice I needed! Slowing things down felt so uncomfortable that I was forced to stay present in the moment. I feel very centered and calm now. Thank you so much Meghan!!!!

Mariasha75, posted on December 17, 2014

I LOVE Meghan and I want to know when it will be possible to buy her lessons as it was before? I like to go to places where is no online connection so the question is WHEN?

MichalL@Gaia, posted on December 17, 2014

@Mariasha75, as you are a subscriber you can now download videos and watch them offline! The feature is still in Beta (we would love your feedback) but many subscribers are already using it successfully. Below the cover image on this page there's a 'Download' button where you will be able to download both our offline purple player and the video.
Thanks, Michall@GTV

I love the video but I have been having technical issues ever since the switch on the website. I have a macbook and never had a problem before. The pauses are frustrating when you are in the middle of a practice and all of the sudden your interrupted. I really wish my yoga never switched their site. I might have to go my separate ways from my yoga if they don't fix their issues.

Mariasha75, posted on December 17, 2014

I have the same problem today - starting from 18th minute, it is so bad

HeidiV@Gaia, posted on December 11, 2014

A bit too fast for me today.

I took this class last night after not having been on my mat for a good week. While I wasn't able to finish, I did go into pose I never imagined I could do. Thank you Meghan. I watched a few of Meghan's Youtube videos and she is incredibly inspiring.

I am in love with yoga classes by Meghan! She is really brilliant teacher. I wish some day I can join her teacher's course. Good luck, Meghan!

AnitaEMc2, posted on March 31, 2014

Wonderful practice. Body has been out if sorts with a cold and unexplainable stiffness. This was exactly what I needed. Evenly and deliberately paced. Going into my favorites. Thank you.

janineeagon, posted on March 29, 2014

This is one of the most balanced practices (asana/breath) that I have experienced in a long time. Truly the benefit of both in this practice. Thank you so incredibly much!
