Often described as the complete practice, sun salutations enhance flexibility and strength while improving cardiovascular health. This yoga class by Danielle Nagel is great if you have limited time and want to exercise all major muscle groups and joints. These poses also massage and stimulate your major internal organs. Most importantly, breath is used to bring it all together.

Contraindications: Proceed with caution if you have back, knee, shoulder or wrist issues.

I just love this practice as I find when I have limited time I get in a Yoga practice and meditation within 30 minutes. I find it very relaxing and raises my awareness of me and my intention for the rest of the day.

I really liked Danielle's practice. I have a hard time meditation and the so-ham experience helped me a lot. I have one question though: I've been practicing with gaiam tv for a week now and I've noticed my hamstrings are tighter now. Is that possible? I don't think I'm pushing to hard...

I loved the flow of this practice! It was kind of hard not to focus on how tight my hamstrings are however the sense of calm from within that I gained helps keep those thoughts at ease. May I continue my practice towards peace then one day my hamstrings will follow:)

This is just the perfect, short practice. The flow and movement help to clear the mind and the ending meditation is just what's needed to end the practice. It's just lovely.

after an hour run, i turned to the site for a stretch/relaxer of the takes A LOT for me to sit through shivasana and meditation, but am blessed that in the somewhat mentally restless cycle of self and fear i am in, i stayed to hear your message, about trusting outcomes, and detachement in uncertaintly. our worlds become so complex that we need to let go, surrender, and as you so stated, stop feeling the need to defend ourselves.

Just what I needed! I wanted to do a flow class and meditation this morning but didn't have time for a full one of either. This was perfect - it got me moving, then chilled me right out. Added to favorites!!
