For all those who would love to really enjoy a holistic beginner level practice, Doug Swenson has created this inspirational and yet very balanced, beginner level routine. The overall focus of this yoga practice is to represent each separate category of yoga asana, presented in a very non-challenging atmosphere to achieve vinyasa. All those who practice this mindful routine will vastly benefit through releasing stress and tension in many areas of their body, calming the restless mind and achieving the blissful feeling of complete relaxation and inner peace.

Thank you Doug, I love all your classes, this was perfect for me today ! My husband broke his calcaneus bone two weeks ago , and enjoy my time on my mat! Now ready to make dinner for the challenged one!

I am a level intermediate/advanced student and have been practicing for many years. Having been quite ill for a while with a condition that involved balancing problems and dizziness I was very reluctant and anxious to start practicing again. Having found this class, which is so gentle but effective, I am happy to be back on my path. Who knows, with this gentle practice my husband might be persuaded to join in. Thank you.
