I am recovering from a spell of illness and this gentle practice is just what I need to get me back in touch with my body and get moving again. Doug has such a warm, calming voice, it was a shame there were sound problems which prevented me from hearing the poem at the end.

Ah, what heartwarming images! I feel like I've been bathed in sunshine.

I have done the practise again today. The balance between soothing poses and little mini-challenges is doing such a lot of good. And is it just me feeling better, or has the sound been healed? I can only hear a slight difference in quality now.

Thanks again, Doug. I will be seeking out more of your practises as my strength returns.

I know what you mean about holidays - it is suppose to be a vacation and leisure time - but we tend to get over excited and try too hard sometimes - then get a bit out of balance.. Although I enjoyed the movements in this class, the quality of the recording was not as the others have been. Towards the end of the sessions when we were supposed to be relaxing there was a lot of noise in the background....a shame..

I agree, Doug, that sometimes we need to give our bodies a break from more vigorous practices. Gentle morning practices like this one remind me that yoga is about more than just the asanas. I feel like I can be more present throughout my day now. Thank you!

Peace, I wasn't very peaceful when I started today but by the second gentle salutation my breathing evened out, Doug's voice helped me let go of the external and just BE with my practice. Exactly what I needed. Will be in my favourites now. Thank you Doug.

I loved this practice, Doug! You presented really nice instruction, and I loved the eye exercises as well as I'm nearsighted and wear glasses doing yoga. I also have a job which requires a lot of computer work which strains my eyes.
