I've just recently joined Yoga Everyday. I do two classes a week that also do much chanting in the class. I really enjoyed the first few video's here with Steph, as she did the Ommm at the start and at the end. I know this wont feel like this for everyone, but it feels incomplete for me without this. It feels like an opening and a closing. If it is not your thing to do also, this is fine, just wanted to mention it, as I would like to watch and use all the video's, but if not, it is fine. Just thought it was worth a go to mention it. Thank-you.

Steph Shwartz is awesome! Ahhhh! This felt so good! I piggybacked it to the shoulders/neck video and it's a great combination. I need a little more time in the postures, so hit the pause button in between for a few extra moments of deliciousness. Thank you, Steph!
