Every time I do a new class by you, Kreg, I'm reminded just how lovely your style and instruction are. Many thanks for another beautiful practice that left me feeling open, centered, and calm, yet still moved thoroughly enough to meet my daily requirements for movement :) Blissful!

No matter how many times I practice along, it always brings me to my piece of heaven. This is unusual for me as I crave variety in all things (even chocolate). Powerful piece of magic, this.

kregweiss, posted on July 27, 2015

warm thanks, a4d. great to know this flow is enjoyable after multiple visits and offering such great benefits. I love variety as well (and raw chocolate). :)

The perfect lesson from the perfect teacher.
Why is there not a link on Kreg's name to a page about him???

Hi lilalila1972. Warm thanks for the comment on this practice. I will make an inquiry to the GaiamTV team about the link suggestion. Namaste, Kreg

Great practice if you are feeling a bit under the weather with a cold. I just wondered if you could talk a little more about the zen side of it as I wasn't sure why it was a zen practice because I haven't studied zen. It would be nice to hear your philosophy of this weaved in to the the lovely poses.
Love the twist backwards towards the end could have stayed there all day.
best to you

I keep returning to this class. It opens up your mind even more then your body. I would love another flow like this , Kreg , Please :-)

@kregweiss Thank you Kreg. I'll follow your advice.

kregweiss, posted on January 22, 2013

Hi @KParks - if this pain persists, I strongly recommend that you consult a qualified professional like a physio to assess the cause of the pain ... this could be related to sciatic nerve compression (spinal, sacral, or hip) or something related to the sacroiliac joint area. Without a proper one-on-one diagnosis from a health professional, I am unfortunately unable to offer specific advice at this time. Until then, please proceed mindfully with any activities to avoid exacerbating the condition. If you do receive a diagnosis along with recommendations from your health professional, you are very welcome to message us again to get suggestions on how best to proceed with practices. Namaste, Kreg Weiss

I have been practicing yoga for about seven years, and have been with this wonderful site for almost three years. I am recovering from a ten-day painful condition radiating from right gluteal, muscle, through my leg and into my ankle. It was difficult to walk and to lie down. This is the first class I have taken since the pain has subsided. I'm wondering if you could help me identify what muscle was spasming and what poses are best while it heals.
In this class the only pose I couldn't do was lifting my left leg and right arm in modified dolphin. I could not do that pose without severe pain. Do you know what muscle would cause this pain? What curative poses can I do? Thanks for a wonderful three years of classes.

This is a terrific mellow flow. I thought I might need something more invigorating first thing in the morning, but this awakened my whole body in a really mellow way. Ahhh. Thank you Kreg. Your practices are always perfect for me.

hi sixpackavenue, very happy to hear you enjoyed this flow ... i took extra time in this flow to settle inside asanas as well as place holds between many poses so one can just breath and reflect on the internal changes, and ideally work down into exploring more deep non-physical layers ... namaste, kreg

Very very gentle flow that has some surprisingly deep hip openers. Very nice cueing that takes time after poses to integrate and experience the effects. Best for evening or when tired, sick, or lacking energy.
