Stone (2015)

Available worldwide

In an industry dominated by men, Heather Lawson defied expectations and stereotypes to become the first, and last (to date), woman trained to be a production stone mason in Canada. With robust individuality, Lawson lives her life by the backroads, creating one of a kind stone sculptures and exemplifying the freedom of being true to one’s self.

Has a nice ring to it - Ben Proudfoot, you should hook those two artists up and make a sequel. Imagine what they'd create together? Great job, both films. Bless x

Heather, doing what she loved, first I heard of her, a mentor being to me. Thank you for the simple truth, we ALL need to do what we love, and not fit into any body else's box. Thank you!

Wow! When she said it was not about Women, but about, what she wanted to do in her Life... I heard the Mother Speaking, to ALL WOMEN! Be it as it may,but be yourself "FIRST", and follow your "HEART"! I love this Woman. For I have Seven in my Family, and four are Entrepreneurs. Thank You! For their present in my Life. I 'm a richer Man for them.

Heather Lawson is an inspiration to just be yourself and follow your heart's calling. The movie and music are great.

What an inspiring film, it left me wanting more~ Heather's spirit is so strong!. Wonderful woman! Her work is exquisite.
She is right, we didn't enter the male workforce to bring attention to the women's movement, that was just a good side effect. We did it for us.
Thanks so much for this film.
