First of all PERSON NEED TO BE HEALTHY PSYCHOLOGICALY , for to make meditation , this is not for unstable people , its very dangereous and can harm the mind of people with psichological problems, even depression, anxiety and not to mention seriose health problems. SO, people should know what mediation can do, even yoga nidra is not suitable to people with high anxiety or panic problems!!!!

I actually felt so great yesterday after this Kriya...... and indeed even more joyful :-) :-) l, that I decided to do the Sat Kriya Workout again this morning! I found it even more profound and the energy flow was quite noticeable. Funny enough at points more challenging then yesterday! - What a great "work out", which such a great, lovely teacher!

Sat Nam, dear Guru Jagat! I am doing Yoga every morning and I love to join of of Gaia's online classes. This morning I was actually wishing, that there would be a new episode with you!
