I had this work out on DVD and it was an absolute favourite, so much so that the DVD wore and the centre chipped. I couldn't find a new copy anywhere so I am so delighted it is here. I used it heaps before and I am sure it will go back to being a regular part of my rotation again!

Very nice and relaxing. Just the right length.

I've been doing this routine since I bought the DVD in around 2000 and I crave it if my body feels tired or in pain. It's gotten rid of pain and tension in my joints, head, shoulders, and hips. I can do a shortened version on my lunch break at work if I'm tired and feel more refreshed than if I'd tried to take a nap. It's not terribly difficult, but it's not meant to be a hardcore workout. It's stretching and balance, and focusing on the pose and your breathing. Very relaxing for body and mind. I'm so glad it's still available!!!

Just what I needed. This is a beautiful soft stretching routine and has made the world of difference to me today. The block should be used for any level of yoga when you just want to have a good soothing stretch :)

I had a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, so I decided to try and find a yoga relaxation video to see if it would help. The title of this video appealed to me, and it turned out to be just what I needed. I’ll be using this one again. :)

Nice class and poses. Very relaxing. Would enjoy more if each pose were held a little longer.

I enjoyed this a lot but I felt like we sped through the poses and I wish we had more time with each pose. I feel like this is a 30-minute video done in 20 minutes. I'm not a beginner so I didn't have trouble with the poses or with the speed, but I just would have enjoyed it more with more time. That being said, it's a very nice practice and it feels great for those times I want a practice that isn't taxing, for whatever reason. I love Suzanne Deason, and as always it is a joy to spend time in her company.

As others stated, not sure it's a beginners yoga, but I thought it was great. Instructor is very calming and the music is lovely. Will definitely include this in my rotation of yoga videos!

I loved the flow of the video, the yogini's voice, and the (stress-free) poses!
Finally I found the perfect yoga video to use during my business trips.

For a video that is supposed to be relaxing, I feel like it's too quick. I don't have enough to really settle in and relax into the poses. As for the poses...just because there is a block to assist in comforting the head, doesn't make it an easier pose. I'm nowhere near being able to touch my elbows...or twist while in a lunge. The teacher has a great calming voice. Scenery is beautiful.
