I had no time at all today except for a small chunk of time for this little gem of a practice. Very peaceful and fulfilling; I will do that one again!

Hi David! I agree with 'sacred sunlight' below, being a new Mum also. This is a wonderful short practice. Lots of goodness packed into 12 minutes. Thank you!

Thank you! I'm really glad that you've found it helpful. Congratulations too by the way!

I am a relatively new mom and with constant carrying and breastfeeding my body needs to practice but I don't always have time. I can sneak this in during a nap or even during snack time and it gets into all the sore places in such a short amount of time. Thanks for this peaceful, thorough, short practice, David. I will come back to it again and again!

Congratulations to you! I'm so glad that the practice has been helpful. :-)

I loved the idea of this short sun salutation practice as a way to warm up for the day....but the audio and video kept freezing up. I stuck with it, though, and really liked the dedication and planting of the seeds at the start. I am off to run a 5K for Breast Cancer right now....and I sent my seeds of love and peace to all of the survivors I will be privileged to meet today. Will try this video again for sure (and hope the tech issue can be resolved). Namaste. Thank you, Dave!

I've done this after I've done a Zumba class and also after I've arrived home from work after a long day of sitting at a desk. Easy, quick and helpful. I think I may need to try it as an AM practice to see how it helps me wake up. I think this is one of my favorite practices. Adding to my favorites! Thanks David!

That's really cool! Zumba and sun salutation sound like a really fun combo. Thanks so much for practicing.

I wanted a short routine to follow my Saturday morning walk and this fit the bill. It was more fast paced than I usually like but appropriate for a short video. You felt like you got a bit of a work-out doing the surya namaskars.
