Jim Karol author of, The Psychic Madman, is recognized for his incredible memory and unusually high brain capacity. His other books include, 50 Ways to Hustle your Friends and Useless Memory Skills. What a breath of fresh air. It is really nice to hear from someone who comprehends the state of the World we live in. And consistently we are reminded that mankind is hopelessly violent. This is one of many lies from an outside psychopathic influence. We are awakening and thank goodness. It is quite apparent, someone is frightened of the potential of human consciousness.

I would love to see him again in the show!

Ha Ha this show was AWESOME! I couldn't sit still unless I ... focused. Otherwise I was up & down like a little kid & cringing. I appreciate his efforts to generate greater awareness of what is possible with our brains, helping people with brain trauma heal, and touching upon the mysteries of consciousness. Keep going, Mentalist! And what's beyond mentalism as mentalism is to magic, spiritalism? Note, not spiritualism, but spiritalism. Something different may be going on. Great show. Thanks to both George, George's staff behind the scenes, & aye, Jim Karol!

Oh my goodness! I giggled all the way through this show! You two have a very funny chemistry together. It is truly amazing what the mind can do with intense focus. Jim not only has outstanding focus, bit the charisma to pull off a show like this. Well done guys.

I loved this episode. Learned a few things (focus is key) and being sick as a dog I didn't think I even could smile, but I did. I even cracked up on the spike. That's what I call magic. Thank you George and Jim!

Can you have this guy watch speeches by anyone in the government?

objectivetruthseeker, posted on November 11, 2015

Ironic how the magician who admits he's lying is one of the most credible guests in the history of the show. Good to see George get interested in the subject matter after having to sit through all these misinformed clowns hawking their books and websites every week. It really gets grating.

I'm motivated to work on such mental exercises. Thank you George and Jim. Great episode!

Thats why I don't watch TV, just Gaiam TV!!!!

George was cracking me up during the traps tricks; I'm pretty sure if there was blood he'd have fainted or puked, or puked then fainted.

freestyle_zillwood91, posted on November 11, 2015

I'm only 3 minutes in, Jim asks George to show the camera his card he is holding but not to let Jim see it. When the camera cuts to the wide shot of them both as George is showing us the card you can clearly see Jim is now looking at the card. at 03:20 aprox seconds. Like seriously Jim your on camera we can all see that you are able to see George holding the 8 of clubs.....
I'm not doubting the rest of the show's subject matter or its host, but 3 minutes in this is a bad move as Jim is setting himself up to fail not setting himself up to look credible in the eyes of the audience.

My fingers are still hurting just watching that....

bclaman, posted on November 11, 2015

I'm glad he showed the bit with the bear trap. Few people understand that pain is all in your mind and can be pushed to the side.

I think the next step for him should be to try and use his mind to affect matter (telekinesis, etc)

objectivetruthseeker, posted on November 11, 2015

That was a magic trick. He used the small trap to snap the pencil for the example, then switched to the bigger trap on his hand. The viewer thinks the bigger trap is more dangerous than the smaller one, but it isn't. What else would be the point of using the small trap first?
