i enjoyed this practice and the different sequencing and poses than what i'm used to. however, i do think it could have benefited from more instruction and cuing as no matter where you are in your practice there always is more to learn. thank you.

Just added to my favorite. Kreg, as usual, your practices are so complete at any level, challenging and at the same time calming. We are blessed to learn from you. Thank you so much

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL practice with challenging poses - at least for me! LOL But I very much enjoyed the beauty of the sun set. What an incredible setting! Yoga (union) with nature and human! Both very easy on the eye! :-) ;-) I loved it! Thank you very much, Kreg! Namaste!

hello @Ranulph4 ... sorry to hear that this practice did not resonate with you ... may I suggest that you preview videos before hand, so that you can find practices more suitable to your liking - the videos are also labelled according to LEVEL - this one is intermediate ... you may find the moderate, gentle, and slower practices like yin and restorative more to your liking

Ranulph4, posted on December 19, 2012

Far too speedy and unorthodox to be of real value to older practitioners

thanks @laurenwyatt ... glad you enjoyed this hatha flow

thanks Etienne ... this is my favorite overall way to practice at an 'intermediate' level - fusion of hatha with hints of vinyasa while integrating smart 'breaks' for the hands and wrists ... namaste, Kreg

One posture logically flows into the next. Grooovy...

kregweiss, posted on June 25, 2012

hi katett, great that you enjoyed this as a post-garden session practice :) yes, modifications are good! keep listening to your inner teacher. namaste, kreg

KateTT, posted on June 23, 2012

That was amazing! Some poses above my level, but modified and was content. Great strength builder and even though I just spent the afternoon in my garden, this felt great to keep tired muscles warm and stretched. Thanks again for a lovely practice.

RevStan, posted on June 10, 2012

Definitely a more complex and strong practice. Good for improving strength and I certainly good to step out of the comfort zone. Some complex postures which I liked but two I'd never seen before and would probably only attempt with a teacher present as it was difficult to work out where hands, feet, arms and legs were all going.

kregweiss, posted on June 6, 2012

Hi EtienneGrossi, means a great deal to hear you are enjoying these practices and this approach to yoga ... I wish you, as well, all best out in Edmonton ... namaste, Kreg
