Hi Everyone. I just joined today. Do you exhale through your nose or through your mouth?

KristenL@Gaia, posted on June 15, 2016

Hi MADDY_33020,

Thank you for joining Gaia! Traditionally, you exhale through the nostrils during Nadi Shodhana. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to let us know!

It is indeed a joy to find a teacher (in the West) who is so immersed in the Yogic tradition. Your guidance is exactly what I was looking for in this time of Planetary transition. Thank You.

Another prayer answered. It would be beneficial if you could produce several variations of tantra yoga and mudra practices. They are so miraculously potent.

Thank you for this Pedro! I love Kundalini Yoga and practice daily, but have very little experience with Tantra and did not know what to expect. This was amazing energy work that required a lot of mental focus, but was so worth the effort! I especially liked the section with madhyana (sucking in the belly). I was really surprised that I could do this and afterward I felt a rush of tingling, delicious, enrergy! I would love to see more videos that have instructions like this, or incorporate this type of pranayama into the practice! Pedro, I really like your soothing voice, and your easy-going style, as well as the way you explain the benefits of the practice and the techniques. My chakras are open and the kundalini is flowing! I will return to this again and again! Sat Nam :)

Hridaya Mudra
This mudra directs the flow of energy from the hands to the center of the center of the heart area. The fingers in this specific arrangement are directly connected to the Hridraya Chakra, Located in the vertebral column in the chitrini nadi in the region of the heart.
Hrit (heart) chakra or Hridaya (he who dwells in the heart) is also known as ananda kanda (root or bulb of bliss).
while the thumb closes the pranic circuit and acts as an catalyzer, connecting the circuit of the Heart, promoting the opening of "Iṣṭa-devatā portal" diverting the flow of prana from the hands to the nadis related. Hridaya mudra helps to release pent up emotion and unburden the heart.
The combination of this Mudra with Sitakari Pranayama, awakes the Siddhi of enchanting, Related to our Kama Deva nature, "Prakamya"=irresistible will, bounding us in unconditional Love manifestation<3

I hope it was helpful information, for more details and more experience with it, Please, check my Kundalini Sakti Chakra intensives, Tantra Yoga immersions and Teacher Training Programs. In the near future also in Video classes, and Video app.

Great teaching. Clear and calming. On a side note I love the way the fabric pattern moves in Pedro Franco's shirt as he breathes. Mesmerizing.
