Thank you for this practice, Kreg. I was feeling very out of sorts and my mind disconnected from my body. The flow was engaging and enabled me to refocus to this moment. I am feeling much more grounded and complete. Namaste, Jodie

You are very welcome, Jodie. Wonderful to hear this practice offered ample reconnection and refocus for you. This is my preferred way to engage my practice - slow and deliberate. Please feel welcome to share more of your comments any time. Namaste, Kreg

I truly enjoyed this practice. Slowly but surely it can make you reach great distances. The side splits bit was my favorite; it would be great to have a whole class centered on side splits and hips opening. Thank you so much for this class.

warm thanks @OneLove73 and @Murph ... this is one of my favorite intermediate hatha flows that I shared with MYO

Amazing practice. Great way to start the day! Although some poses were too advanced for me, I didn't push it, allowing my body to do what it needed to do. Very meditative, love the slower flow. A++ Thank you Kreg!

Hi mallinacashew, great to hear you enjoyed this hatha fusion style of intermediate practice ... I enjoy this type of systematic 'slowness' to bring exploratory space into the body and mind. Namaste, Kreg

hi cbmorse, warm thanks for sharing your comments ... yes, I prefer to approach flows (regardless of level) with a meditative slowness ... I find, by slowing down, the poses and transitions can enjoy far more integrity and integrate greater degrees of awareness and breath saturation ... hope you can continue exploring these sensations of 'settling' with these practices ... Namaste, Kreg

though i could not do all Asanas the upper body lessons learned will translate throughout all my practices and in turn further my successes. (Widening the arms in crane was amazing)
While front of my computer after this practice made me realize how I SHOULD be sitting. Namaste.
