I did this practice while my 3 yr old buzzed around me. It was simple enough that I could get present between all the interruptions. Loved the twists and how the practice was different than usual. Thanks for 20 minutes of ME time.

Thanks Cameron! I enjoy twist sessions, and opening my hips to release, as I hold a lot of energy there. This really took it to the next level without injuring any part of my body. Perfect way to taste the dawn :)

who knew it would feel so good doing some gentle sun salutations, I didn't. I nearly didn't do this because it said vinyasa but as soon as the video started he said hatha and I continued, glad I did.

This is a very brief and soothing practice. I completed this flow right before bed, and it felt good to ease the tension in my back and hips from the stresses of the day. Especially enjoyed the hip openers right before shavasana.

Nice end of the day practice. Cam's short and precise teaching style is perfect for relaxation and I love that he doesn't say anything during savasana. My back feels loose and relaxed and ready to sleep.
