This was a great practice. I feel this class was pushing my normal boundaries and my breath was kind of going crazy--like 4x the instructed breaths.I took lots of child's pose to calm the body. I look forward to building up to where I can do this class with ease.

When a practice keeps us focused on the breath and in the present moment, you know you are practicing real yoga. This was a great detox, strength and spirit building class. Thankyou

@joylee - Thanks for your words that sum up this practice poetically!

Loved this practice, Meghan, and especially your vocabulary. You use such nice imagery that really gets the point across (roll to your side like a water balloon) in a beautiful way. Thanks for the movement and inspiration.

I was in a funk all day and this pulled me out so powerfully, yet gently. Beautiful practice. Your voice is so soothing and friendly. I plan on coming back to this often. I also loved hearing some wise words from the Tao Te Ching. Thank you.

Really great! I've practiced YOga for around 8years now, and would consider myself to be 'intermediate to advanced', so although I could do the more advanced versions of the postures in the video, the transitions were new to me, so this created a wonderful challenge! I normally use Shiva Rea's dvd's so this was a great change of pace, I've become so accustomed to doing one style, that my body has gotten 'lazy'! I actually worked up a sweat and wobbled a few times haha, which rarely if ever happens during my normal practice. Humbling to be sure! Very grateful for that, I will do this again and again until I have it memorized ;) Love your stuff Meghan :D

This felt great. It is challenging and I wasn't ready for some of the poses, but Meghan lessons during the class kept me focus on what was important so I didn't worry when I took some time in child's pose. Great instruction! Namaste.
