As someone new to the practice of slowing down for any length of time, this was a great place to start in my path to stillness!!!

Adding the word guided to the description would have been helpful as I could have been led to another meditation that had space for silence. I'm sure that this is fantastic for those wanting guided -- it's something different than what my mind wanted today.

A beautiful, sweet meditation . I really liked the placement of the hands in the arm pits. It really helped me to connect to my breath , and once we returned our hands to our laps, I became very aware of increased energy in the area of my hands. I could feel it. Note to self: next time, allow for time to remain in this deep, relaxed, meditative state . Stay as long as it feels right. Just luxuriate in it.
Thank you Dina. Namaste.

10 minutes ago I was feeling ungrounded and stuck in the muck.
10 minutes later, I am prepared to make my list of what I need to accomplish today - with ease, joy, and balance
Thank you dear Dina, for always being there - your practice enlightens me

I have been trying to sit for meditation for a few weeks now. This was the perfect re-introduction - perfect length, perfect instructions, perfect setting... At first I wanted to just watch the video because the lake scenery is so peaceful and inviting. I appreciated Dina’s guidance -- it was great when she mentioned refocusing at the exact time that my mind started to wander. I’ll come back to watch the lake and/or sit for the meditation. It’s a perfectly-led unwind.

Thank you Dina. I am a semi newbie to yoga- and I found as i practiced this after my workout- I had a sharp tightness center back below my shoulder blades. As I exhaled I tried to release it and it did get smaller, but still present. Anyone have any suggestions for me. It has been years since I have practiced yoga, and I was new back then so I am not experienced :)

Namaste to you Dina. Have been a frequent user of this meditation and find a calm mind and body here. Arm placement is soothing. Would you think about doing this one again in a longer format, say 30 minutes?

Hi! I love to do this practice lying down in bed also - before falling asleep and upon rising! I hope your are still enjoying. I think you will like my morning InnerYoga wake-up practiced that is being released on this site on September 20th. It incorporates this with some other deliciously relaxing yogic practices and gentle movement.
