Loved this practice. Eric totally showed me how to tap into the strength of my wrists, arms, and shoulders. I'm feeling strong!

Got choked up when he talked about the value of disciplined practice versus achieving something. He said it so straightforwardly that I didn't have to digest it, I just absorbed it immediately. It feels as though my outlook has been turned to the real truth, away from the shallow 'truth', when I had formerly resigned myself to an ossified view of my work and its meaning to me - how did that even happen? Had no expectation coming into a 20 minute yoga class that I would get shifted in a way that I had no awareness that I needed. Human magic.

Katie, You have realized what many have not. Yoga is more than just a physical pose. It is a mind-opening, heart-opening, spiritual practice, as well. Be open to new experiences. Expecting the unexpected can be rewarding!!

I have been trying to do handstands for a year now. i have watched so many prep videos . but this video broke it down to such simple easy to follow steps . I was doing a hand stand by the end of it . it was a pleasant surprise. Thank you so much and please keep making these . I hope to see more on some of the other balancing poses

Great that I was able to help you finally "get" it! It is your dedication that allowed you to master this pose. Now that you have gained the confidence in perfecting this pose, go out and meet the world! There is nothing you can't do!
