David Dorian Ross created the Upper Body Chi workout to build strength and flexibility in the upper body using the ancient mind body principles of Chi. Our inner energy, Chi, moves around our body in spirals. This workout builds on that principle by using spiral movements to build strength and coordination to the muscles of the upper body, and it encourages a healthy circulation of the mind’s life force. What a great way to deepen the movements but still experience the energizing benefits.

Half way through I got my 1 lb hand weights and a 1lb sculpting ball. Thats when I really felt my shoulders and abdominals working! Next time I will wear my 2 lb hand weights and use the 1 lb sculpting ball. I am sure to get a super strengthening workout with that.
