Upper Body Yoga For Beginners

Available worldwide

For thousands of years, the practice of yoga has focused on the upper body because it opens up our heart, body and mind. These poses will help create strong, supple muscles and increase your circulation and ease of breath. Designed for beginners, this practice is also good for anyone looking to focus on upper body strength.

Nice class overall but really didn't get the upper body part...

A really pretty decent 1/2 Vinyassa session for beginners. There are a few things in this session that are not really for beginners; for instance I would say the Wheel pose is not really a beginner's pose. Approach with caution. Also, the session tends to move a little fast, at least for my taste. I would prefer to move more slowly from pose to pose, and hold some things a little longer.
All in all, though, not a bad session. It helps keep me in practice between classes.
