I liked the pace and sequencing of this arm focused practice.
Added a backbend, headstand series, and twist before savanna, another 10 minutes.

I really enjoyed how accessible he made this posture. I have attempted this posture for years with no success and I finally got a glimpse of it today. Thank you so much! Really precise cuing helped tremendously. I hope you make more videos. Excellent work!

A wonderful set of reminders and alignment stategies ... I especially love the reminder to put a curve into the lower back (something which I don't naturally have from years of dance), and a fabulous trick introducted for working toward Eka Pada. I will admit I was a little dissapointed that after all that fabulous prep that the full version of Visvamitrasana wasn't practiced; next time I will pause the video to insert it. Looking foreward to more classes from Matt!!

I really enjoyed this practice. I appreciated your detailed alignment cues throughout the class, and the focus on connecting with our bodies, learning about them, rather than just pushing for the pose. I also really liked your approach to Eka Pada Koundinyasana II. I was able to really feel my way into the pose. It felt more natural and more fluid than other ways that I had been taught to enter the pose. Thank you. I hope to see more videos from you in the future. Namaste.

Calm and thoughtful theme - exploring the body rather than 'achieving' a pose. Great alignment cues...found my way into the first variation of the peak by just feeling into my body. Wonderful way of teaching. Thanks Matt. You're a star shine on :)
