Lovely beginning of the practice. But voice over of the woman in the Yang section of this video was SO jarring I couldn't continue. Listening to that voice was not a good way to wake up.

What a great way to begin a Saturday after a busy week. I found the arm work at the end challenging but appreciated the invitation to make sure not to go past the edge. Thank you ladies!

I really enjoyed this slow and gentle practice. Very calming and uplifting. Thanks!

Exquisitely crafted practice for gradually energizing the body and electromagnetic field. Perfectly paced, challenging without being advanced, wonderful balance of techniques. My only "complaint" (not really a complaint) is that savasana wasn't long enough to properly absorb and integrate all the energy generated (so I just stayed in the pose until after the video ended and I felt ready to come out). Thank you!

Interesting mix of yin, vinyasa, and kundalini; not quite expected, but I loved the themes and intentions - really uplifting!

This is a lovely team-taught video. As it is titled Wake Up with Radiance, it would have made more sense if it was recorded as the sun rose as opposed to it setting early into the video, with the majority of the session filmed before a darkened sky... I will use this for practice!

Seems strange why is AM practice filmed at sunset???

ConTodo, posted on January 4, 2016

Beautiful practice, but I got confused by the darkness for a moment.
I'm wondering whether other AM practices are filmed in the afternoon, too. If so, I would not be surprised as some AM practices include poses that require more flexibility (such as pigeon pose and intense forward bends) which I find hard when just rolling out of the bed and on to the mat.
