I really enjoyed this workout. I broke out in a sweat and it was easy on my joints. Madeleine did an excellent job cuing moves and usually gave enough warning for transition moves making it easy to follow. The choreography was basic and effective. Well done!

This is my favorite workout so far, mostly because it was really easy to follow. Plus I felt like I got a pretty good workout. I usually walk 3-4 miles a day and this is a good alternative to those days when the weather won't allow me to walk outside.
