Some of the instructions are a little spotty, but the sequence is intuitive and the pace is perfect so it wasn't a problem for me. (I can see why a beginner might get lost, however...) This is a very well-rounded, flowing, freeing practice. I was very happy to discover this today and will return to it!

Hey @Gaia - why is this categorized as a Pilates class??!

JustineK, posted on August 8, 2016

This was such an enjoyable intermediate practice I am at bliss right now. I really love the sequences towards the end they really relaxed me out! The pace gave me a good workout I really enjoyed this! I will do it again and again thank you! :)

Thank You so much Mara for this practice! This is exactly what I have been looking for! These flowing, dancelike movements are wonderful to do, and I wish it was more of this in yoga. It feels more natural to move like this than in the regular way in yoga. It much more fun to move like this too! I hope You will make more programs like this. Thank You again!

This practice was way too fast to be able to do the poses correctly. At this speed you risk injuring yourself.
To the instructor: please be more respectful of your students, understanding that we have to watch, understand and do the pose before you move on to the next one. Because of this I found this practice very frustrating.

Thank you Mara. I come to My Yoga over and over for inspiration and ideas to bring to the classes I lead. Loved the transition from tree to half moon and will incorporate this into my next flow. Beautiful!

wonderful asana ! a little to fast but i'm 70.

I'm all for moving fast. But this was TOO Fast. I had to stop the video and changed the practice because after 5 minutes in, it just seemed too rushed.

Thank you!

this totally sucks! it only has still images that change every minute or so. Narration is non-specific, does not give specific poses and can't be followed without video. HOpe other videos are better or I will cancel my membership for sure

sedonanrg, posted on April 10, 2013

all i can say is WOW! I did this practice today in lieu of taking a nap. No nap needed now, that's for sure. This is a very fast paced sequence, but expertly cued so it's not as difficult as it may seem. This is goinng on my top 3 list. Thank you!!

hedonist, posted on March 14, 2013

I keep returning to this one. I love the pace and the creative sequencing.. I've had vinyasa classes that moved much faster than this (Meagan Currie or any from Laughing Lotus Studios). This one seems just right.

chakraprayer, posted on March 5, 2013

Too fast without time to take full breath, sequence beautiful

librarygrl, posted on February 26, 2013

A little fast for me in parts...and I wasn't able to do a few of the poses (something to work towards) but loved the flow, the breathwork and the workout. I'm learning that I really love vinyasa yoga! Thank you and namaste.

Very good excercises, I enjoyed them a lot. But too fast, sometimes I couldn't even breathe normally, then I look at the screen and I am two steps behind. I suggest a little bit more time in down dog and up dog.. Thank you! :)

yfermin, posted on November 3, 2012

i second some of the previous comments - the vague instruction made it necessary to look at the screen in order to properly follow the sequence. It was distracting, but not horrible. I thoroughly enjoyed the fast, flowy pace. It made me feel like I was in a dance at certain points and that was totally welcome. I think I'm ready for more intermediate flows. thanks!

MallinaCashew, posted on October 30, 2012

Great sequence! A bit fast, with slightly unclear instructions. All in all, I´d do it again. Thanks!

Kajas1, posted on October 27, 2012

Jätteskönt rytmiskt flöde, en absolut favorit. Bäst just nu. Bra vid alla lägen. Kan funka för Roffe med.

hdeveber, posted on October 23, 2012

What a treat! Relax and strengthen with a soothing voice and background music after a long day- in only 37 minutes!

havear, posted on October 20, 2012

not enough explanation to allow me to follow without looking at the screen; she leaves out important steps and I found myself out of step a number of times. Coming from a subjective place, the instructor's intonation and pronunciation of words is a little grating ...

RaDonna, posted on October 18, 2012

Enjoyed it... done much better than i thought I would.. it is fast paced.. but i feel energized !
