Desiree, I have done this class a few times before but it has been more than a year and I approached it with fresh energy. You taught me so much. I started this class in PAIN from super tight hips and I am leaving the class like a new woman. My hips have felt pretty out of whack the last few days so this class was perfection. I got a lot of relief from the poses and had fun while working out the kinks. This is only my second time doing this class but I can say it is one of my favorite classes ever! Such wonderful teaching done in a light, playful way. The 90 minutes flew by and I am already looking forward to doing this class a 3rd time. Thank you Desiree!

Just took this class again this morning- taking this class first thing in the morning, right after you crawl out of bed, makes for wonderfully mobile and open hips- but the second time around I noticed a ton of release in my low back and I felt more core work too. I like that Dsiree gives tips for fellow yoga instructors- I will be using those tips to improve my classes and help my students remember to use their legs and not just the arms- that truly changes the dynamics of the pose! Thank you for this class and once again I highly recommend the class- your hips will feel opened and you will learn great alignment tips as well. A lot of talking throughout but it helps to keep the mood light and the humor helps:-) Namaste~

I always come back to this video. After doing this and some of Desiree's other video's my whole practice has changed entirely. I follow her advice on this video and others in other practices which help significantly. I no longer feel right sitting in poses, though my muscles have grown so use to it since the first time I did this video I sometimes feel like I'm not doing it when I really am!
I thank this teacher greatly for her practices and her humor which assists in lightening your mind as you learn to really work your body.

The most incredible teacher I have known in 20 yrs. I reached further into my poses with a few minor adjustments in this 90 mins without discomfort , than I have in all the years and classes I have attended. Desiree knows her stuff....FANTASTIC.
