Thank you Cameron - a lovely soothing class with just enough movement to make me feel I got a very well rounded practice in. I'm very much enjoying your hatha/yin mash ups :)

I loved this combination of Yin and Hatha! These practices compliment each other and I feel balanced and Centered.

Normally I am a 5-7 practice a week yogi but the last two months getting all my jobs completed within a 24 hour day has been a challenge(being self-employed one doesn't turn down work, there might be a dry spell ahead:) I needed something to get me back into the swing of things and this was perfect!! Hips are singing sand my lumbar back is alive. Cameron, always a pleasure. Namaste.

@camgilley Thanks for this well balanced class. I'm taking a few days break from my normal more 'yang' practice due to sore shoulders. I did this before work this morning and it set me up for a fabulous day!

diamondgirl, posted on April 23, 2015

Like Adrennemarie, I found some of the postures a bit challenging but modified until I discovered the 'sweet spot'. Lately I've tended toward 100% yin, but today I wanted more activity. This was perfect, and as always, you get the prize for providing sufficient hold times. Love all your classes, Cameron. Between you, Kreg, and Bernie my yoga practice is complete. Namaste!

Really wonderful class; found it a bit challenging for a "beginner" label though...(Did your hatha flow for moderate-2 and almost found it easier than this one!) Amazing blend of the two practices and as usual very clear instructions peppered with pearls of wisdom along the way. Favorite teacher and one of my favorite practices in this one!

What an awesome class. The combination of yin and hatha were exactly what I needed today. I'm now much more open, flexible, and at ease. My body feels good, too!
I look forward to exploring all of Cameron's classes! They look positively delicious!

Cameron great class. I liked the combination of yin and hatha yoga in this class. My hips and lower body really needed the asanas in this practice today. Thanks

OneLove2002, posted on February 8, 2014

Thank you Cameron, that was beautiful. I was surprised by how physically challenging some of the asanas were. I appreciated your guidance, it encouraged me to focus on my breath and to surrender to the experience . I always enjoy your classes. Namaste.

That was a wonderful combination of Yin and Hatha Yoga. It gave me an opportunity to use strength and stretching in one routine so that I felt a sense of release and calm at the end.

Cameron, this is a great sequence. Lovely voice over too. One question though, your legs don't seem to be really extended, they seem to be slightly bend in all the poses. Is that intentional or does it only appear like that?

ruymann, posted on February 8, 2013

Hard. Slow, balance of spirit, intention and strength. Good to do regularly.

Technical issues inspire creativity - I rewound, finished the sequence on the other side, freestyled a little, then savasan.

Cameron is probably my fave instructor on the site - this practice lives up to expectation, it's really a super one: excellent flow, nice job on the music ...will patiently await the extended version! But the improvised truncated flow was excellent too -
