What an inspiring, healing, gentle and beautiful spirit you are...Feeling your energy at the beginning of my day really gives me strength like no other practice I have found. Struggling with severe ED and first day back on mat after a bad episode. I didn't think my body would get me through, but you helped and encouraged me to safely guide it. Thankyou so much Zain. <3

I deal with anxiety on a daily basis and rely on pranayama to cool its' fiery source. This kundalini fusion practice was just what I needed to re-tune my highly-strung parasympathetic system. The fire breath cleared out the stuck places, the asanas brought a sense of courage, and the flow led my soul into a connection with the source. I felt like I went to the doctor, the gym, and church all in one stop.

I feel completely cleansed and rejuvenated! A complete energy shift, thank you!

I so appreciate this class. My body feels cleansed! This class heats you up to a sweat and your whole body feels worked on. It can be challenging at times, but I gave it my best and like Zain mentions, honour where you are without judgement. I am just getting back into my yoga practice from about a month long flu bug and I believe this class really helped move old stagnate stuff out! Thank you Zain for a very well thought out class and I also really enjoyed listening to your words of wisdom you shared through out class.
Namaste :)

I am not a big Kudilini yoga person, but I like to do a Kundilini practice once in a while. Somehow, I missed this one! It's really quite a nice practice! Glad I remembered it!

I first was sceptical as some AM practices move too quickly into flexible poses. Loved the warm up, the breathing, the topic of the class and especially the pace. Not too quick, just perfect. I would love more of those classes!

I'm so happy to find others doing fusion Kundalini. Trained in both Kundalini and Hatha, I have often found myself blending them in my home practice and getting a full, effective and satisfying practice. This teacher was enjoyable as she gave just enough instruction without talking too much. If she would add in a few more alignment cues, it would be even better. I will come back to this one over and over.

I am going through taugh times, so indeed life is giving me a kick on my butt but I am trying to get the lessons and to navigate the moment with grace and integrity. Simply trying to do my best. I enjoyed this practice. Is there somewhere that I can go to learn about the mantras?

ccclark2000, posted on September 12, 2015

Thank you! That was so different from my routine & I enjoyed the breath work & mantras intertwining the physical movements. I love how you got my heart rate up & the sweat pouring!

I have been going through some personal, professional and ultimately mental 'stuff' these past few months, and this practice really helped me feel grounded, cleansed and relaxed. I have almost chronic issues with my adrenals, and this was enough to get things fired up, without exhausting me further. I definitely broke a sweat, released emotions I didn't know I had, and didnt get bored. Normally the kiryas are a little too froo-froo for me, but this class was good. Thank you!!!

challenging and enjoyable! Really worked my body up to a good sweat as well as addressing some hidden emotions. I like the explanations of benefits for the poses. Great practice!

I liked the teacher's energy and sequence design. I found the flowing lunge sequence to be a bit too quick and had trouble with my balance so, like another yoga student, I had to find my own way through it. I will try this one again.

EeeGee, posted on September 5, 2015

Fun and energizing class; a great way to get the blood flowing through the kriyas and unique asana sequences....even though I had to "do my own thing" during the flowing lunge sequence since I got kind of lost! This is not the style of yoga that I typically do and I enjoyed trying something new this morning. I feel relaxed, calmly energized, and ready to face the day. Thank you, Zain!

A wonderfully edited flow of asanas that led me to an increased awareness of all going on in my life and when finished, I felt I could take on the day. Thank you for this experience I will carry with me throughout my day!

Thank you Zain! I love the combination of the breathing with the poses and movement. I really appreciate you teaching which system the moves are effecting and how they calm the nervous system. I will comeback to this practice often! Namaste Karen

I appreciated this class this AM. I felt her strong intention throughout practice that this would be a grounding, 1st chakra practice designed to support a sense of groundedness, security, independence and stability. Creative asana sequence using a combination of Kundalini kriyas and traditional hatha yoga poses. The practice got my energy flowing, and I felt alot better afterwards and had a deep savasana. Thank you Zain for this wonderful class!! Namaste.
