Cameron doesn't talk a lot but he adds great perspective to the practice on how to be with any discomfort. A good life lesson for sure.

I noticed something I'd like to mention, but others might not so don't keep reading if you'd like to remain oblivious to what I perceive as a glitch!

The audio track loops during the poses and I found it very distracting; not even sure why it was necessary, but if there's any chance to fix it I think this practice would be much stronger.

Thoughtful commentary, thank you Cameron!

It's easy to be determined... it's good to be reminded about courage... and this practice brought me right back in about my inner thrust. Courage and thrust, I need both and this practice made me realize it. Thank you very much!

Wonderful class and I experienced a heavenly Shavasana. It takes a lot of practice for me though to take the "receptivity" from the mat into my life but this was a start and I will try this class some more times. Thank you!

We appreciate your comments on the practice. Namaste!

Not much talking. Very meditative yin practice.

I'm going through an intense journey of heart opening and surrender at the moment. It's both beautiful and powerful, but also a little scary. Thanks for the courage to continue along it today, Cameron! This was perfect! Namaste!

...people who are easing back into their practice (like I did - had stiff muscles and joints, took some time off, and wanted to ease back into yoga with a gentle practice). I would also recommend this for women experiencing their menstrual flow, because it's slow, soothing, and there are no inversions.

I love all classes with Cameron. In this particular Yin practice I appreciated the feeling of heart openness and the wise and supportive words of Cameron a lot! Namaste! Thank you, Cameron!

This was beautiful, I just did this practice in my Brooklyn apartment on a cold winter day. Perfect way to start my day, watching the ripples on the surface of that lake:-)

I love it. Even though it took the 1st two phases for me to adjust and surrender to the steadiness of the practice flow. A great way to slow down, feel & listen the body. Thanks Cameron always inspiring to hang out with you.

I really enjoyed this quiet practice. What resonated with me is what you were saying to trust that everything will be ok. Thank you for a superb practice, Cameron!

Another great video. Really enjoy the serenity you bring: soft voice and minimal talking - very peaceful. Thank you.

This was my first time doing Yin yoga on MYO - I couldn't have chosen a more perfect practice! I read some of the comments and I felt compelled to go further. I am so happy I did as it was a perfect way to unwind and enjoy the contrast of the practice itself. Cameron, you did a wonderful job instructing and loved the meaning you put with the class! I feel great and I am so grateful that I gave myself this experience today! Namaste!

I keep trying to enjoy yin yoga and it's just not my thing. This class made my body feel rigid and tight the whole rest of the day. Cameron is a great instructor though.

Wonderful! I really appreciated this practice - it reminded me that going through a challenge and not around it is the way to go for me. Cultivating courage certainly assists me in going through the discomfort with much more ease. Namaste!

That was absolutely perfect. Just what I needed to hear today.

What a great practice! I loved the theme of courage in this practice and how it can be applied to our daily lives. I also liked the idea of getting used to the idea of discomfort, whether it is in a yoga pose or in a life situation. Namaste!

Wow! Secret magic...

I added a headstand to this and even though I felt 'meh~' when I finished, the after effects of this practice grew and grew as the day went on. Fantastic! Thanks again Cameron for another great session!

Thank-you for supporting me in my surrender to Life. Just as I thought, brilliant. This is instruction for life, not just how to be in paschimottanasana. I will definately do this again soon!
