Wow. This was intense and me realize just how tight I am from running. Although it was tough, I felt a significant release after completing the stretches. Good length, too. Definitely adding this to the regular rotation. Thank you!

My body is always sore from training and I turn to yoga for cross training and recovery. This video is the perfect combo. Katie is understands the body and knows how to release the tight areas. I will be back for more.

A few new-to-me stretches using a wall gave me a really deep stretch in my perpetually tight quads & hamstrings. Definitely a keeper for my video rotation.
