I sit for hours on a ball in front of the computer every day. This is the perfect few-minute break to do every hour or so. I feel looser and more energized after this sequence. Thank you, Kreg, your classes are always a pleasure!

I would love to see Kreg do a full routine for neck & shoulders, like this one: but Kreg-style. I have a slipped disc in my neck and this routine is SO helpful.
