Hi Michelle, This video as been my favourite for a couple of years. I have developed tendonitis in my foot and have been told to avoid plank, lunge on toes and even be careful with downward dog. I am really missing doing a this flow and I'm wondering if you have any suggestions for me. I absolutely love this flow for my body mind and emotions; its the ultimate tune up. I know it well enough that I have made substitutions at times and then come back to the flow giving over to being lead. If I change it too much though I don't get as relaxed because I m thinking too much. Perhaps there is a different video that would work better for me. I do some yin yoga but my body really wants some movement flow as well. Thank you for your great site and videos.

I probably have 50 videos in my favourites but I keep coming back to this one again and again. I've done it so many times I have it memorized, and will do it without the video sometimes, I even here Michelle's voice in my head coaching me gentle. It has a wonderful rhythm and flow to it: standing, moving, stillness. It has been challenging for me and for a long time I had to modify but now I can even grab my foot in while in half-moon pose. A year ago I didn't even do half-moon pose because it was so difficult for me to balance on one foot. I do feel blissful after this every time. Thanks Michelle

I decided to take the class again today but this time I look over to find that my boyfriend had joined in about half way through- it was really nice as we were able to take the class outside on the deck under the sun- it was bliss that is for sure! Thanks again, this is truly one of my favorites, it's what I find myself going to when I need to pamper myself. Highly recommend it and it's in my favorites.

Lovely practice, nicely paced - not too fast or too slow. Nice mix of basic postures so that you feel refreshed and relaxed at the end.

Wow! I tend to always look for the practice that will challenge me the most, but somehow myyogaonline knows when I need to slow down. The best yoga practice. No matter what point I am at in my life, this practice really does create bliss. I think that it is because of her focus on breathing into the body, because of the rest which she gives throughout, and because of the deep release lions breaths. It's all about letting go and breathing. I love when instructors remember to focus on the mental aspect.
