The things I like best about your classes are your voice and the pace. The pace of the class allows for relaxation where I find some of the other videos more athletic and too fast to allow relaxation to settle into the practise.

Great practice. Nice combination of balances (two hand balances I am aspiring to - have one toe of the ground, so getting there!), strengthening and stretches. Nice calming flow and transitions looking forward to some more.

Thanks Ruth/friscoyoga ... I love blending yoga balances into sequences to help support the focus and meditative quality. I am fortunate to have very 'receptive' feet where I can do several standing balances in a row without any foot discomfort forming - so, I tend to play quite a bit with funky balancing sequences and transitions in my personal practices.
