I really appreciate the way Kreg speaks through each movement, explaining how to be with the pose for maximum benefit. This teacher has a wonderful way of putting together classes which are very balanced. Will definitely be doing this class again. x

The first assossiacion with your class is the word "cosmic". In Shavasana felt like a lightening star child on a colourful planet full of flowers. After the class felt the prana pulsation in my body. Thanks for this very nice experience. Our planet will get a better place with such classes. Namaste.
