Thanks Kreg for this and your body of work. I am needing to ensure starting each day balanced and grounded right now (really when do we not need this?) The set up was more extensive than some short practices but got me in exactly the right place to start. The flow between poses was simple, effective and as always your verbal cuing had me going in the right direction. Namaste

Kreg, Your voice is so relaxing. It was a perfect class to start my day. I like to do about 30 minutes of yoga right when I wake up, I would love to have more classes like this one :)

I love this class! Did it once a couple of weeks ago and felt so positive afterwards. Thought it might just be my bio rhythms all in line, but I have just done the class again and feel exactly the same! Thank you Kreg, will be using this one for those days when I feel I need a hug and a reset!x

I was looking for another a.m. video and almost passed this one by as I am one that has to eassseeee into my morning yoga wakeup and not jolt into it --but, I am so glad I read the description and hit the play button as this was perfect! It begins with a smooth flow, then into some splendid twists, some release and stretches, and then you find yourself in joyful yoga happiness! Thank you, Kreg, for yet another one to put in my vault of practices to implement again and again!

I am so grateful for this practice this morning. After four days off from yoga while caring for my daughter after surgery, this was exactly what my body was craving. Thank you, also, for your bringing me to down dog later in the movement. Often it's placed so early that my body isn't ready to go there. Your direction when we found down dog was spot on and encouraged me in a position that I don't often find comfort.

I am totally with you on Down Dog - I appreciate some preparation poses to ease me into that full back bend (especially in the morning) - feels more nurturing and less of a jarring stimulation (hamstrings and calves!). Kreg, thank you for yet another wonderful class. This practise is perfect for when I am recovering from a migraine or for after an intense workout. My husband, who typically does not enjoy yoga (the poses are difficult for him and he does not enjoy fast paced flows), really enjoyed this class.
