In Yoga for Real Beauty, acclaimed instructor and classical pianist Maya Fiennes combines movement, breathing and chanting to show that you are beautiful and perfect just as you are. Asking you to let go of the negative script in your head, Maya quotes Khalil Gibran: "Real beauty is not in the face; beauty is the light in the heart."

I am so grateful to enjoy her class! It's available here at! I was looking to maybe going to one of her workshop one day and now, I could practice her class right here, right now. Wow, thank you Universe!

I love the MF video and love her choice of music but I don't understand why she has to talk during the end of that powerful Mudra ( Sat Nam) It totally breaks the spell.

Thank you so much, Maya. Your videos really heal me where I need to be healed. This is a fabulous practice. I do also LOVE the Kundalini Detox and Destress video which is no long on MYO. This was my first taste of Kundalini Yoga and I just LOVE the practice in that video. Any chance it could be put back here for us to access? So much love to you. Thank you. <3

Learned and enjoyed new kriyas and always love practicing kundalini. Maya is the first teacher to turn me onto this branch of yoga with "Kundalini to Detox and Destress" (which unfortunately MyYogaOnline/GaimTV no longer has). Thank you for this lovely addition.

What a beautiful, lovely practice! Thank you so much Maya!!!!!! In enjoyed it a lot. I am very passionated about Kundalini Yoga (I am a teacher myself! ;-). May I ask you what Kriya you did chose. I liked how you put them Kriya together with the mediations. Your words have been authentic and touching. I felt the beauty in you, in me, in everything! Thank you! SAT NAM, beautiful Maya!

I love this practice when I need a day to tune into my physical and emotional body, rather than "go go go" exercise. It helps me get out of my head and tune into what I really need. It's a bit cheesy if you're not comfortable with self-helpy exercises, but I think everyone should just get over that and have fun with it!

I joined GaiamTV specifically for kundalini yoga. And my favorite instructor is Maya Fiennes. I was a bit disappointed that there was not more movement, however, in this video. It was relaxing and somewhat energizing and got my blood flowing certainly. I wish its description were a little more detailed/specific so I would have known exactly what it was. I feel I did not get the full benefits I usually get (and that wonderful GABA high) afterwards. My ego felt a little silly as I chanted "I am who I am" and shook my entire body to the Sat Nam Wahe Guru mantra at electric speed. Who can chant that quickly?! But I suppose it was a good thing to be able to laugh at the silliness and let go of ego for a while. It's not a bad video or practice. It's better if you know what you're getting into when engaging in it. It's probably best to consider it a bit of a moving meditation and self-love practice.

Even if you are not familiar with Kundalini, you will probably enjoy this video. It is more gentle than any Kundalini classes I have taken. Great to wake up to in the morning! The music was fun. I felt very happy and invigorated during and after.

This is the most unusual yoga program I've ever done. None of the yoga asanas with which I'm familiar are used. After the first 5 minutes, I thought it was nuts, but in the end I enjoyed it and will do it again. If you're looking for a different yoga experience, stick with it for the whole hour and see how you feel at the end. I was grounded, centered, happy. If you're looking for a power yoga workout, this is not your program.
