I am a walker. Have been feeling very tight in my lower back and hamstrings and did this for the first time today. It will be years before I am as flexible as these ladies, but it certainly stretched out problem areas and I learned some new things. Loved it and will be using this at least 2x per week.

Of all the yoga videos directed toward runners, this is absolutely the best one I've found! I practiced with it weekly for 3 months and saw a huge improvement in my running, and it has helped me stay injury-free!

This is a great routine to help runners stretch and strengthen the muscles we use every time we run. I will definitely be repeating this one.

I'm a 62 year old guy, just finished my long run for the week and then watched this vidio and took what I coud do from it with tired legs. It was just what I needed to keep my hips and hamstrings happy about my running. I feel good.

This was an awesome workout that stretched every part of my body that I use in running. I truly feel that, with regular practice, these stretches will greatly improve my running! So glad to have found this video! Gwen's tone is perfect and fits the persona, in my opinion, for runner's yoga :)

I have been running on and off for the past 4 years ( a total of 6 times) and recently started doing it frequently. I love the stretching and learning how to properly do a pigeon pose. Amazing! I love it, I feel great.

I am training for my first marathon and find I am chronically tight. I have done this routine twice and am feeling the benefits. The parts of me that were stiff before are starting to loosen. This workout is giving me confidence that I might just finish this marathon.
