Kreg, You may have just felt a large ripple of gratitude come your way: I just felt it resonate! I'm an instructor (Kripalu/Hatha) with connective tissue disorders (chronic pain), and recently ruined myself at a local Vinyasa studio. I haven't been right in days, but this practice allowed me to tune in and heal. I love practicing with you, and I share your videos all of the time! Much Gratitude!

Great practice for when you're not at home. Just one thing : if you don't have a mat, it's fine but I had to interrupt the video and go get a towel to fold under my knees, as they were really hurting doing the cat poses (especially dancing cat) directly on the floor.

I enjoyed putting together these Travel Warrior flows - with the primary intention of creating a practice that does not require a yoga mat and can be done in a small space (ie hotel room). Hi Everyone, Thank you for the warm comments. I travel quite a bit, so I find myself needing to be creative in small spaces. I also travel very light, so I tend to travel without a mat ... hence the need to think 'non-mat' as poses like downdog and warriors can be contraindicating (ie sliding hands and feets) without a proper, non-slippery surface to practice on. This is a super video for traveling. I was able to do it comfortably at the foot of the bed in my hotel room...using the bath mat. From a long night of traveling and working on the computer, I woke up with bloodshot eyes. Preparing to have to search for eye drops...decided to do the yoga practice and when I looked in the mirror afterwards no more bloodshot eyes. Now that was a real eyeopener! Pun intended!

I really enjoyed this practice. I didn't have much time after work, but this practice just gave me what I needed. I felt stretched, my muscles worked out and last but not least I felt relaxed! Great job as always!
