Experience a set of kriyas (repeated actions) for grounding your energy. This practice focuses on controlled breathing, mudra (hand gestures), and activating the root chakra. Use standing poses with mindful movement to continue grounding and integrating your energy.

The kriyas in this series are repetitive movements with breath and/or mantra from the Himalayan Kundalini lineage of Sattva Yoga.
