The Institute for Advanced Studies, founded in 1985 by Dr. Hal Puthoff, was created to explore cutting-edge technology and scientific advancements -- some of which has extraterrestrial origin. Richard Doty shares some of the projects that involved organizations such as the CIA, DIA, and DARPA to reverse-engineer extraterrestrial technology for military and government use. Some of this tech has finally made it into the civilian sector and more is on the way.
