This presentation focuses on how the Mind controls the Body. The story emphasizes that the “Mind” is actually comprised of two interdependent elements: The Conscious Mind and the Subconscious Mind. Each mind provides a different function, and each learns in a different way. The habit-controlling subconscious mind, programmed during the first seven years of life, controls 95 percent of our life, while the creative conscious mind, bearing wishes and desires, only controls five percent of our life. Being mindful, staying in the conscious mind, allows us to experience Heaven on Earth by controlling our inner body health and manifesting our outer world experiences.
