This lemonade recipe is a powerful combination of superfoods and superherbs for the ultimate detox drink.

Ingredients

(use organic ingredients where possible)

  • 1 1/2 liters spring water
  • 1 - 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 lemon, juiced with white pith blended in
  • 1 - 2g methylsulfonylmethane
  • 1 - 2g noni powder 
  • 1 - 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 5 - 15 drops liquid zeolite
  • 5 - 15 drops fulvic acid (or 1 tsp shilajit)
  • Hot pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients together.
  2. Enjoy on an empty stomach.
