 Contraindications: Check with a doctor before performing deep backbends. This class contains deep backbends that should be performed mindfully and only by those that have a regular, pre-established backbending practice. This class is considered an intermediate/advanced level for those aged 50+, and moderate/intermediate for those under 50.
