Allyn Mitchell Evans, MBA, is CEO of The Monroe Institute, where she has helped bring direct experiences of expanded awareness to more than 1.2 million new people since 2022. A Monroe trainer since 2010, her path began with a personal search for more meaning, more purpose, and a deeper connection to intuition.

Driven by a desire to understand her purpose and become more intuitive, she entered a lifelong journey of consciousness exploration, healing, and transformation. Today, Allyn blends heartfelt leadership with spiritual curiosity, helping others awaken inner wisdom and live with greater clarity, purpose, and possibility. She is the author of 33 Ways to Unlock Your Highest Potential.

Beth Vaughan trains groups at The Monroe Institute in areas such remote viewing, spoon bending, and the Monroe Institute core curriculum programs. She teaches other healing modalities in addition to working with meditators and EEG technologies.

Beth Holds a BS in Pharmacy, teaches spiritual healing modalities and is a certified Mind Mirror Practitioner for brainwave training.

Deryn Winchester, a dynamic group facilitator at The Monroe Institute, specializes in exploring expanded states of awareness. With a passion for helping individuals uncover their inner magic, she illuminates a joyfulness in discovering your own inherent powers through consciousness exploration.

Embracing a deep connection with nature spirits and a love for visiting sacred sites, Deryn channels energies that foster co-creation with the environment. Her journey led her to the transformative world of The Monroe Institute, where her natural ability to teach helps others travel the interstate of consciousness.

At the institute, Deryn guides others in relaxing the mind for remote viewing, harnessing energy for healing and spoon bending, and delving into the profound wisdom found in inner realms.

Joseph Gallenberger, Ph.D., psychologist and psychokinesis (PK) expert, helps others learn PK, energy healing, and manifestation in his Inner Vegas Virtual™ workshops, SyncCreation® home study course, and The Monroe Institute’s MC2 Program. He has trained a spectrum of the institute’s programs for 35 years.

Joe’s book Inner Vegas reveals how mind energized by heart influences our reality. His Liquid Luck book shares extraordinary stories of peoples’ successes using his Liquid Luck meditation. Joe’s latest book Heaven is for Healing reveals the power and variety of healing available to us after a physical life is complete.

Joe McMoneagle, Remote Viewer #001 of the Stargate Project, served U.S. intelligence agencies for decades. He authored four books on remote viewing and performed over 50 double-blind demonstrations worldwide.

Today he teaches remote viewing at The Monroe Institute and is a sculptor, artist, and member of the Parapsychological Association.

In 1971, John Kortum discovered the human body’s visible organic warning system of health. He didn’t look inside the body like an MRI or X-ray and he couldn’t see chakras or auras. Instead, he detected health imbalances by blending his sense of sight with touch, which took his perception beyond mere characteristic facial morphology. He learned to feel textures when looking at people’s faces. Throughout childhood, he witnessed individuals succumbing to health imbalances whenever these felt textures were present in their appearance.

In 2001, John approached the U.S. healthcare system and demonstrated his biological perception to a clinical professor of Medicine at George Washington University in private practice. Patients weren’t permitted to discuss their aches, pains, symptoms, or health histories with John. He simply looked at them and reported 93% accuracy in identifying previous conventionally diagnosed diseases in patients.

Luigi Sciambarella is a consciousness researcher, hypno-psychotherapist, and international educator exploring the transformative potential of altered states of awareness. He is Chief Research and Development Officer at The Monroe Institute and Director of the Centre for Liminal Studies, a multidisciplinary research initiative supporting the scientific and experiential exploration of liminal states.

Luigi’s work bridges neuroscience, psychology, and contemplative practice, investigating experiences such as deep meditation, lucid dreaming, and other non-ordinary states. Through research, technology, and immersive training programs, Luigi helps develop practical tools that allow individuals to safely explore expanded awareness.

Paul Citarella is Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at The Monroe Institute, a non-profit dedicated to the global awakening of human consciousness through expanded awareness. A technology executive and startup founder with over 20 years of leadership experience, Paul oversees the institute’s growth strategy, technology platforms, including the Expand app, and the evolution of Monroe Sound Science — Monroe’s pioneering audio-based neural entrainment technology. 

Paul discovered The Monroe Institute in the early 90’s through Robert Monroe’s books documenting his out-of-body experiences. A decade later, Paul began his own explorations of consciousness through the Gateway Experience, igniting a journey of awakening that would prove life-changing, ultimately leading him to his current role.
