A dancer in her past life, Alyson's passion for movement swept her into the world of yoga. Sharing the wisdom of movement with vibrancy and enthusiasm, she offers yoga as an invitation to reconnect with the body's innate intelligence. Through yoga inspired practices, Alyson aims to align physical and energetic bodies for optimal health on all levels. Breathe, sweat and flow with vigorous vinyasa yoga sequences and move with freedom. When you move, act and 'live' in alignment with the core of your being, your dreams manifest. Alyson has been teaching yoga since 2007. She is Yoga Alliance certified with: Ashtanga Yoga Montréal; Sonic Yoga NYC 500hr Prana Flow Teacher Training inspired by Shiva Rea; Sadie Nardini’s Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga, 200hr+ online Teacher Trainings (NYC). Taking a closer look at anatomy she enrolled in The Breathing Project (NYC), Yoga Anatomy: Practices, 200hr online Teacher Training with Leslie Kaminoff. She currently teaches group classes at Enso Yoga in Montréal and gives private sessions to clients on a regular basis.
