Candria Eddinger

Candria is registered a registered yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance. She has earned her 230 hour Yoga Instructor Certification and a specialists 320 hour Restorative Yoga Certification. In addition, Sadie Nardini has certified her as a Core Strength Vinyasa Instructor. Candria is working toward an 800 hour IAYT Certification in Therapeutic Yoga. Candria has a MS in Biology Education and teaches undergraduate Anatomy & Physiology and Health Science. A deep understanding of human anatomy & physiology supports her ability to deliver targeted, safe and effective yoga instruction as well as guide students through injury recovery. With a strong background in restorative and therapeutic yoga, Candria provides hands on adjustments and guided imagery to help students deepen their expression and yoga experience through restoration. She is a strong communicator and a creative lesson planner with a lot to offer.  Candria’s passion for yoga is reflected in her thoughtful blending of strength and endurance throughout her practice. Her continuous goal is to successfully deepen her practice and to effectively guide students to maximize their own yogic potential. She works every day to implement a comprehensive yoga model in her life and on her mat so that she can provide challenging and safe yoga instruction that fosters commitment and builds a strong yoga community.
