Charlotte Singmin

Charlotte is a Yoga Alliance certified instructor who has been practicing yoga for the past 14 years.  She studied under Swami Swaroopananda at the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre on Paradise Island in the Bahamas, and with Tracey Rich and Ganga White at White Lotus. Charlotte is a Certified Yoga Therapist, studying with Cheri Clampett and Arturo Peal at the White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara.  She studied Anti-Gravity yoga with Christopher Harrison in NYC at the Anti Gravity Headquarters, and is certified in Prenatal Yoga, studying with Sarah Longacre and Stacey Seebart from Blooma.  She has taken workshops and teacher training intensives with Chuck Miller and Maty Ezraty, Jason Crandell, Danny Paradise, and Mark Latham.  Charlotte practices Reiki and Energy Healing and has studied with Dan Miron in Toronto as well as Cheri Clampett and Arturo Peal in Santa Barbara. She is constantly looking for ways to further her knowledge and deepen her practice. Charlotte teaches in various settings including yoga studios, fitness facilities, offices, and private and semi private classes.  She has partnered with local businesses to teach community classes, and speaks to corporate clients about health and wellness within the context of yoga. Charlotte runs Therapeutic Yoga workshops teaching Restorative Yoga, Guided Meditation and Breathwork, and offering Energy Healing.  Last spring Charlotte lead the first Lotus Girl Yoga and Wellness Retreat to Nicaragua.  She is an ambassador for Lululemon, and writes a wellness blog for the Huffington Post. Charlotte has a popular monthly segment at Proud FM where she is the Yoga Expert. Charlotte volunteers her time with cancer patients helping them heal and find relief from pain through yoga.  She works with adults and children, individuals overcoming illness and injury, as well as first time students, active individuals and professional athletes.   She encourages yoga enthusiasts of all levels to join her classes.
