Gayle has always loved to move and connect with nature. Yoga is a way to connect with our inner nature and use movement balanced with stillness to create peace and harmony in ourselves and our actions towards others. Gayle teaches with an emphasis on alignment, working from the deep core muscles and using the breath to balance our nervous system and move efficiently. She creates custom videos for people wanting to heal an injury, build/balance strength and flexibility in specific areas, and/or focus on particular poses. Gayle has studied many different styles of yoga and weaves them together in a fun, informative way to help each person realize their full potential and appreciate the deep mystery of this journey we all share together.
