Georgia Lee is an award-winning yoga, stretch and meditation instructor. She is certified Level Two through YogaFit, and has studied with Shiva Rea, Seane Corn and Sarah Powers at numerous yoga conferences. She is also a certified LeBarre instructor, having studied under Jenn Hall, the official choreographer for LeBert Systems. In addition to teaching yoga and stretch, she has taught at Pura Vida Resort near Dahlonega, GA and at Peachtree Presbyterian, where she will launch the first LeBarre classes in the fall of 2014. She has also donated weekly summer classes for seniors (one of her best students was 96 years young!) in Decatur, GA. Georgia leads yoga workshops and personal development retreats for women at turning points in their lives, who are seeking to reinvent themselves. Many of us face major shifts, from career transitions, child-rearing, divorce, new relationships, empty nests, to the challenges of a complex world that drive us to seek more peaceful, authentic lives. She is an accomplished author, editor and journalist, and has published short fiction in the New Virginia Review. Georgia was a finalist in Glimmer Train’s 2012 New Writers Contest for short fiction.
