Jennifer Trecartin, RHN, RNCP, ROHP

Jennifer Trecartin is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist residing in Vancouver, B.C. who works with clients from around the world. She is the founder of My Edible Advice, a nutritional consulting firm that focuses on digestive health care by empowering clients with the tools they need to reach their health and wellness goals. After studying Nutrition at Acadia University, Jennifer continued her studies receiving top honours from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, focusing on holistic health. Her educational background reinforced the connection between optimal wellness and the eating of whole foods.  Jennifer has a keen interest in prenatal, pediatric, and oncology nutrition. She is a Certified Raw and Living Food Chef and a teacher at the Raw Foundation Culinary Arts Institute. She is a Registered Nutritional Consultant Practitioner and Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner as awarded by the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants, signifying her credibility as a practitioner.  The IONC assures the public that RNCPs and ROHPs are meeting high ethical and educational standards. Only those who have thoroughly studied nutrition and have met the requirements of IONC are granted these prestigious designations. As a cooking instructor for the Boys and Girls Club and a volunteer for the Vancouver Food Bank, Jennifer is a believer in giving back to her community. In her spare time you will find her shopping at a local food market, cooking up a storm, enjoying the mountains or at peace on her yoga mat.
